Being able to resist temptation can make or break your marriage. Husbands and wives in strong, devil-kicking marriages resist temptation together. Don’t fight a temptation in the future when you have the ability to eliminate it today! When we know our enemy, know ourselves, and know God we will experience victory in our lives!

A godly marriage isn’t built on happiness, it’s built on unity. One of the greatest tragedies in marriage is when two people are together but not united. And if you’re single and want a God-glorifying, mission-driven marriage someday, you can start by having a God-glorifying, mission-driven life today. Join Joe Caiati to learn the two things that can unite you and your spouse or significant other in working toward a common goal.

Every marriage is centered around something. You are a worshipper; you decide what you will worship. A Christ-centered marriage follows Jesus’ command to love the Lord your God with everything! The greatest way that we can create a Christ-centered marriage is to pray every day with our spouse. If you aren’t married, begin building a Christ-centered life today, to have a future relationship that’s built on Him.

Every person was created on purpose for a purpose. In Jesus, we have been called to “do good things.” The first church made giving, attending, and serving a priority. They saw God “add to their numbers daily.” Trailblazers know that it’s Christ’s love that compels us to live sacrificial lives. We are committed to giving 10% of income, attending services and groups 8 hours a month, and serving 1 hour a week!

Not many people like change. But all of us know when we need to change. The key to changing is focusing on identity, not the outcomes. When God changed Jacob, he gave him a new name! His old identity had to be broken in order for him to experience the blessing of God. Discover that in Jesus, the old is gone, the new has come! He gives us a new identity. As a church, we believe that God is giving us a new identity so that more people in our town will come to know Him!

Who are “those people” in your life that if you saw them at Starbucks, you’d sit at a different table? It may be due to their race, political party, or lifestyle; it may be a specific person who hurt you or lied to you. How do we find freedom and become trailblazers who are willing to blaze the way for EVERYONE to be saved? Jonah was reluctant to share God with his enemies because He didn’t want them to know God. Believing that God loves “those people” is the truth that changes our hearts. We can find freedom in groups by learning to love people who are different than us.

There are many things that we can know in life. The greatest thing is to know God. Yet so many people don’t know God! Bad experiences and culture’s definitions give us a false belief on who God is. To a lost and broken people in 500 BC, God declared who He is. He called those who knew Him to “prepare the way” for Him so that others might know Him too! Christians have been given the same instruction today. Trailblazers go and blaze the way for people to know God.

With a new year on the horizon, a lot of us are quick to set new goals for the coming months, but not all of us will take time to reflect on the past year. As we look back on 2019, have we taken notice of the “check engine light” of our soul? Are there areas in our lives where we have grown complacent in and have stopped pursuing excellence? As we examine the life of Joseph, we see someone who had multiple opportunities to let integrity and discipline fall by the waste side. But Joseph’s constant pursuing and obedience to God allowed him to handle situations in his life with honor. Joseph followed a law. We now follow Jesus. Through our constant pursuit to know Jesus more and understand the sacrifice he made for us, we can truly ask “what would Jesus do” in every part of our lives.

Christmas has the potential to remind us of our mess. We hear words like peace, joy, goodwill, but we feel words like failure, disappointment, screw up. The first Christmas invitation went out to a group of people who were labeled failures. The Christmas story has the power to make us new! The Shepherds responded by going to see Jesus. As our Savior, Messiah, and Lord, Jesus alone can rewrite our stories. He is the Light of the world that has come for ALL people. How will you respond to Him?

We all know what it’s like to feel lost in life. Wondering if what we have and do is really all we were created for. At some point, lost people all ask the same question: “Where is Jesus?” The wisemen followed a star that brought them to Jesus. We discover three principles that followers of Christ should have in order to point lost people to Jesus: Go First, Stand Firm, Bring Joy. This was the mission of Jesus, and the mission He gave His Church.
Whether you've grown up in church, or this is your first experience, we want you to feel at home! We believe that you can discover Jesus, as you are, wherever you are!
