Blaze Church

Blaze Church is a family with values that reflect the heart of Jesus. Our seven values—Jesus Over Everything, Every Person Matters, Always Do Your Best, Go Low, I Have a Next Step, Generosity Is Our Privilege, and Life Is Better Together—shape who we are and how we live. Like the early church in Acts 2, when we embrace these values, God adds to His family daily. Together we shine His light and build a culture worth reproducing.

Have you ever seen someone in great need and wondered, "God, why don't you do something about this?" In this message, Pastor Biju challenges us with this thought: "What are YOU doing about it?" When we come to know Jesus as Lord and Savior, we are filled with God's Spirit, and the goodness God puts in us is waiting to be given to others! You can be the answer to changing your world, and it starts with knowing God and His purpose for your life!

At Blaze Church, we believe the way we fulfill our vision is by living the pathway God has given us. In Ephesians 1, Paul prays that we would know God, find freedom, discover purpose, and make a difference. This is more than a church strategy—it’s God’s plan for every believer, and it’s the mission that keeps us moving toward His vision.

At Blaze Church, we believe lost people matter to God, so they matter to us. In Luke 19, Zacchaeus looked successful but felt empty—until Jesus saw him, called him by name, and brought salvation to his home. His life was completely transformed. That same Jesus came to seek and save you. If you feel lost, He’s looking for you. And if you’ve been found, He’s sending us out together to help others find their way home.

This message explores what it means to be an adopted child of God: a true son/daughter, fully part of His family, and having the same relational status as Jesus! That’s the heart of the Gospel. Just as an adopted child is chosen, pursued, and given a new name and identity, God has done the same for us through Jesus. He planned before the world began to bring us into His family. How He loves us! Our adoption cost everything—Christ’s blood shed for us on the cross. Through Him, we are restored in our relationship with God and can call Him "Father". In response, we live with gratitude, pursue deeper relationship with our Father, and invite others into His family!

Jesus is at the door, knocking. Not to shame, but to draw us close. He asks three questions. “Where are you?” Step out of hiding and come near. “Is God able?” Trust Him with every room of your life and let faith reset your perspective. “What do you want?” Say it to Him. He asks not for information but to awaken expectation. Our first desire is simply to be with Jesus. In His presence we find the greatest provision! As we answer, shame loses power, direction becomes clear, and hope rises. Open the door and say yes to Jesus!

What makes a church… a church? It’s not the building—it’s the people. Acts 2 shows us the early church wasn’t built on walls but on devotion: to God’s Word, to each other, to the table, and to prayer. This isn’t a moment—it’s a movement. And even though Blaze Church is portable now, we’re still the Church. As we stay devoted, we’ll see awe, unity, joy, growth, and salvation. This is Church. Let’s be it—right here, right now.

Whether your heart is hard, rocky, or full of thorns, the Holy Spirit wants to work the ground. What do you turn to for comfort when life gets hard? In Psalm 34, David invites us to taste and see that the Lord is good—even in trials. Our comforts often fail us, but God never does. True satisfaction is found not in ease, but in experiencing His presence. Jesus, the Bread of Life, meets us in our pain and fulfills every promise. Today, we’re invited to seek Him, trust Him, and remember His goodness through communion.

What do you do when life feels uncertain and out of control? Psalm 46 reminds us that God is great—offering protection in chaos, provision in pressure, presence in pain, and power over all things. Instead of striving, we’re invited to practice stillness and trust. Through simple rhythms like silence, prayer, and surrender, we grow in our awareness of His greatness. This psalm calls us to pause, reflect, and worship—Selah—and release the burden of control to the One who truly holds it all.
